Terms & Conditions:

-All prices are in Canadian Dollars. GST (Canadian residents) and PST (Saskatchewan residents) extra where applicable.
-Prices are subject to change without notice.
-Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and prepayment by check or money order. Unfortunately, our terminal does NOT accept Debit Visa cards.
If you prefer to pay through PayPal, place your order and select the PayPal option from the payment drop down menu.  Complete the order. You will not be immediately directed to PayPal, but we will send you a PayPal invoice once the order comes through on our end.  If your order is placed on the weekend, holidays, or after hours, you will receive the PayPal invoice as soon as we are back in the office.
-If special handling and brokerage involvement is requested, please let us know when ordering.
-All orders will be shipped by Canada Post unless specified otherwise.
-International customers may be subject to import charges (including tax and customs fees). Import charges are generally based on the item's price, shipping weight, dimensions, country of origin, and taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.  Customs regulations vary by country.  We will not be held responsible for any Duty charges incurred.
-Merchandise remains the property of Kinnaird Bagpipes until paid in full.
-All special and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be processed at time of purchase for Special order items.
-For all Special Order or Custom Items, the shipping timeframe refers to the actual time in transit once we have received the item from our supplier and ship it to you.  This does not refer to the amount of time it takes to get the item from the supplier.
-All orders will be shipped complete.  If you order Special Order or Out of Stock items, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock.  If you require some items ahead of special orders, you may be subject to additional shipping charges.
