Delivery Standards are as follows (*Please note that these are typical delivery timeframes, however delivery can sometimes take longer, especially for USA or International shipments which may be delayed by customs):

Canada:
-  Expedited Post (2-7 business days) Tracking is Available.
- Xpress Post (1-2 business days) Tracking is Available.

USA:
-  Air Mail (7-10 business days)- Only available for packages that are 1 kg or less in weight. Tracking is NOT Available for airmail packages.
- Expedited Parcel (6 - 9 business days) Tracking is Available.
- Xpress Post (3-5 business days to most major centers) Tracking is Available.

International:
- Air Mail (6-10 business days) Only applies to packages that are 2 kg or less. Tracking is NOT Available for airmail packages.  Any International Packages over 2 kg will be shipped by other means. We will contact you with options.

*Please note that the below chart applies to most orders. There are some exceptions due to weight of some products (example: Taveners Candies). Most of these exceptions are posted in the listings that are affected by them.
