Satisfaction, Price Match, and Return Policies
1. If you are unsatisfied with products upon receipt, please contact us right away by phone or email.  Most items can be returned.

2. Returns Can NOT occur on special orders and items used by mouth or for hygienic reasons such as reeds and earrings.  This applies to both chanter reeds and drone reeds.  We are looking out for our customers as we want to ensure their health by getting new, clean products, not second hand ones.  If we were to accept returned reeds, in order to be able to re-sell them they would require being completely stripped down, disinfected and then reassembled.  It is easier just to make new reeds.  If there is a defect, these items are still warrantied.

3. For returns where no defect exists:
-Contact us to make sure that the item can be returned and so that we can give you shipping instructions.  Items sent from the US via courier will have brokerage fees deducted from the refund.  We recommend USPS for US returns and Canada Post for Canadian returns.
-If shipping from outside of Canada, make sure to mark the package as a return so we are not charged customs fees. Any fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
-Return the items to us within 30 days from the shipment to you.

4. Shipping is non-refundable.

5. Price matching will occur within 30 days of purchase.  Proof of price match must be provided by the customer.  Prices are converted to Canadian dollars.
