An excellent book for the highland dance piper. Contains all the music needed to play the highland and national dances. Also includes a handy chart that outlines the format of each dance and a recommended tempo range.

Great book of music for playing for dancers. Has all the essentials to get a piper out to dance competitions in no time. The tempo ranges seem to be a bit off what competitors ask for - but that might be a sign of the changing times. book, October 16th, 2008 09:47 am
