Description Walsh 2 Drone Shuttle Pipes
The Shuttle Pipes are in the Key of "A" and are mouth blown with the fingering being the same as the Great Highland Bagpipe. The wood used is rock maple wood , the pipe bag is made of synthetic material and the reeds are plastic. The drone which sits across your waist is cylindrical in shape and is comprised of a bass drone and tenor drone ( 2-Drone Version ). The drones are tuned by moving the sliders back and forward down the shuttle section and can be turned off or on at anytime.
Mouthblown in the Key of A full and well-balanced with bass and tenor drones.
Highland Bagpipe fingering on a polypenco chanter.
Finished in either a natural (light) or dark stain.
Trimmed in brass and imitation ivory.
Synthetic pipe bag is provided as well as bag cover (available in navy, black, hunter green, red, or burgundy).
Shuttle Pipe Reeds are available.

Nice for playing in situations where you don’t need/want the volume of the GHB. Also they are tuned to A=440, so you can add to your enjoyment by being able to play with other musical instruments.
